At ESPORTS TURNY, we strive to provide the best gaming tournament experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may provide refunds for tournament entry fees.

General Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all tournament entry fees are non-refundable. By registering for a tournament, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a spot in a limited-capacity event and that refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

1. Tournament Cancellation

If ESPORTS TURNY cancels a tournament for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of their entry fee within 7-10 business days.

2. Technical Issues

If a tournament cannot be completed due to widespread technical issues that are the responsibility of ESPORTS TURNY (such as server failures or platform issues), refunds may be issued at our discretion.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same tournament, we will refund the duplicate payments upon verification.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances such as:

Medical emergencies with proper documentation
Bereavement in immediate family
Military deployment orders

These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate documentation.

Important Note

Personal schedule conflicts, team disputes, or failure to meet system requirements are not valid reasons for refunds. Please ensure your availability and system compatibility before registering.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

Player or team disqualification for rule violations
No-shows or failure to participate after registration
Personal schedule conflicts
Internet connectivity issues on the participant's end
Device or hardware failures
Game updates or patches affecting gameplay
Dissatisfaction with tournament results
Team disputes or roster changes

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible circumstances:

Contact our support team at esporsturny@gmail.com within 48 hours of the tournament's conclusion
Include your registered email address, tournament name, and date
Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
Include any supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., medical certificates)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Prize Money Policy

Prize money distribution is separate from entry fee refunds. Prize money will be distributed according to the tournament rules and is not subject to this refund policy.

Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your ESPORTS TURNY account may be suspended, and you may be banned from future tournaments.
