These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in tournaments organized by ESPORTS TURNY ("we," "our," or "us"). By registering for any tournament, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 13 years old to compete.
• Some tournaments may have additional age restrictions based on game ratings.
• Participants must reside in a country where the game is officially available.

2. Registration and Payments

• All registrations must be completed through our official website.
• Entry fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. Tournament Rules

• All participants must follow the specific rules for each tournament.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game bugs will result in immediate disqualification.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unsportsmanlike conduct.

4. Prizes

• Prize distribution will follow the structure announced for each tournament.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to tax obligations.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

5. Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat other players, staff, and spectators with respect
• Avoid any form of harassment or discrimination
• Follow all instructions from tournament administrators

6. Intellectual Property

• All game content is property of their respective owners.
• We retain all rights to tournament broadcasts and recordings.
• Participants grant us the right to use their name, likeness, and gameplay for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues that prevent participation
• Game server outages or connectivity problems
• Any injuries or damages resulting from tournament participation

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
